I’m always feeling so proud when I can share some great project or news by someone I personally know. I’m really happy to share a new community and shop for conscious interior and design by interior stylist and blogger Heidi and her sister Ester, named LOUDCLOUD.
I know Heidi a few years now and we’ve worked together on some interior projects. I can say I really admire her work. She’s the best in styling and creating beautiful interiors. Also, she’s really good at trend spotting and writes inspiring blog posts. Last but not least she takes beautiful pictures, like these from my own store: C-More Concept Store. You can find her interior design and styling work at PUREstyling.
More about Loudcloud: The sisters Ester and Heidi select design items based on four categories: Re-Use, Local Design, Fair and Sustainable design. They both believe that conscious selecting design and interior items can help make the world a better place.
By selecting the designs carefully they create an interior in which you can really enjoy design, knowing you will leave a small footprint. Re-using existing products is ecological and honest. Local design [and I must say: we are very very lucky here in the Netherlands with so many good designers at almost every corner] you stimulate your local economy and minimize the CO2 emission.
By choosing for fair design you help honest businesses and people to work in good conditions and get a fair pay. And by choosing for sustainable design, you choose for a minimum disadvantage for the environment and the lives of people now and in the future.
Besides the shop with all these beautiful items, the sisters also blog about inspiring initiatives, hotspots, sustainability and trends.
About trends they are very clear:
“Trends in shape, colour and material follow each other more quickly every year. On social media such as Pinterest you see one inspiring picture after another. Een Bewust INTERIEUR

Ik ben altijd zo trots als ik een project of nieuws kan delen van iemand die ik persoonlijk ken. Ik ben super blij om deze nieuwe community en shop voor bewust design van het interieur styliste en blogger Heidi en haar zus Ester met jullie te kunnen delen. En het heet: LOUDCLOUD.
Ik ken Heidi inmiddels al een paar jaar en we hebben wel eens samen gewerkt aan interieur projecten. Ik kan je zeggen dat ik haar werk echt bewonder. Ze is de beste in styling en het creëren van een schitterend interieur. Ook is ze is echt goed in trend spotten en schrijft inspirerende blog post. Last but not least: ze maakt prachtige foto’s, zoals bv deze van mijn eigen winkel: C-More Concept Store . Je kunt haar interieur en styling werk vinden op PUREstyling.
Meer over Loudcloud: De zussen Ester en Heidi baseren en selecteren de design items op vier categorieën: Re-Use, Lokaal Design, Eerlijk Design en Duurzaam Design. Beiden zijn van mening dat het bewust selecteren van interieur items kan helpen om de wereld een betere plek te maken.
Door het zorgvuldig selecteren van de ontwerpen creërt Loudcloud een interieur waarin je [h]eerlijk kunt genieten van de design items, wetende dat je een kleinere voetafdruk op deze aarde zult achter laten.
Hergebruik van bestaande producten is ecologisch en eerlijk. Lokaal design [en ik moet zeggen: dat is hier wel heel erg makkelijk in Nederland met zoveel goede ontwerpers op bijna elke straathoek] helpt de lokale economie te stimuleren en met het minimaliseren van de CO2-uitstoot.
Door te kiezen voor Eerlijk Design help je eerlijke bedrijven en mensen aan werk in goede omstandigheden en een eerlijke beloning. En door te kiezen voor Duurzaam Design, kies je voor een minimale impact op het milieu en het leven van mensen, nu en in de toekomst.
Naast de winkel met al deze prachtige items, schrijven de zussen Heidi en Esther ook een blog over inspirerende initiatieven, hotspots, duurzaamheid en trends.
Over trends ze zijn zeer duidelijk:
“Trends in vorm, kleur en materiaal volgen elkaar steeds sneller op. Op social media zoals Pinterest zie je de ene inspirerende foto na de andere. Maar hoe maak je deze trends toepasbaar in je eigen interieur? Bij voorkeur zonder elke maand iets nieuws aan te aanschaffen. Door onze achtergrond en ervaring op het gebied van interieur, trend visualisatie en productontwikkeling, kunnen wij je iets extra’s bieden: we visualiseren regelmatig de nieuwe trends om je te inspireren. Met de trend fotografie laten we verschillende mogelijkheden zien om een compleet andere sfeer met goede basic items te creëren.”
Nou, dat is precies wat we nodig hebben tegenwoordig vind je niet? Ik ben fan!
